What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a non-invasive complimentary discipline based on the belief that there are microcosms, or mini-maps, of the entire body located on the feet, hands and ears.
Qualified reflexologists are trained to promote better health and well-being in their clients. Pressure applied to specific points on the feet (and/or hands and ears) helps to support natural balance within the body, soothe the nervous system, improve circulation and reduce stress.

Body Systems
Each reflexology session is tailored specifically to the individual client, taking into account both physical and non-physical factors that might be affecting one's well-being.
Reflexologists do not diagnose or treat specific ailments; however, we are trained in anatomy, physiology and pathology. We design a session for the client that emphasizes specific body systems and organ reflexes to maximize support for any presenting issues.
